Professor Joe Rosalski, Treasurer

Joe Rosalski has been an educator throughout Baltimore and Howard Counties for thirteen years, working primarily with adolescents diagnosed with learning disabilities, Asperger’s Syndrome and ADHD. He currently is an Adjunct History Professor at both Stevenson University and the Community College of Baltimore County.  Mr. Rosalski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree—summa cum laude—from the University of Baltimore and a Masters Degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He was awarded the James Madison Memorial Fellowship in Constitutional History in 2006 and completed coursework at Georgetown University. Mr. Rosalski has taught and designed courses on the History of Baltimore at the University of Baltimore, Stevenson University and the Community College of Baltimore County. He has also published articles on various topics in Baltimore history.

Mr. Rosalski is also a G.I.A. (Gemological Institute of America) trained appraiser and has worked for jewelry stores in the Baltimore area including Nelson Coleman, Heirloom Jewels and Jewels of Ruxton.
